At JAX Church, our mission is simple: to love God and love others. We strive to create a welcoming environment where everyone can explore their faith and grow spiritually. Our community is committed to serving one another and spreading the message of hope, love, and grace.

Our Values
Commit
As a fellowship of believers, we experienced our own rebirth into Christ when we committed to make Him Lord and were baptized. We continue to walk with Him, having our faith renewed through our intimate relationship with God and with one another. As followers of Jesus, we are committed to helping others be restored in their relationship with Him. Helping people make the decision to trust and follow Jesus is a hallmark of being a Christian, and we aim to engage in spiritual conversations and share our lives with others.
Serve
Servant Leaders: Jesus was the greatest servant leader of all time, and with Him as our example, we strive to follow in His footsteps. Serving within the fellowship is essential to a person’s spiritual growth. As disciples, we are called to serve and lead in some capacity, and we aim to do so with the same heart and humility as Jesus.
Give
Jesus taught us that it is more blessed to give than to receive. While there are many ways to give, the foundation of our giving should be the love of Christ compelling us. We give through our time, treasures, and talents, offering what we have in service to God and others.
Connect
Jesus had a close, intimate relationship with His disciples—they did life together. As a community, we value that same approach to relationships. We’re not a community that merely has small groups; we are a community of small groups. Transformation happens when we go deeper, are real with one another, and build authentic connections—and that happens in small groups.
Assemble
Jesus gave his life for the church so we can grow with one another and Him. We learn
more about Him through the vast differences we have in the fellowship and our fellowship is unique
due to our diversity. Being an active participant when the family of believers come together is key in
our spiritual growth to experience and appreciate peoples from all walks of life life with others who
you naturally may not. In the fellowship we’re able to encourage one another through the songs we
sing, the loving connections we make, and share in the Lord’s Supper at the start of our week. Every
part of the body is important and it’s a priority that we physically gather together to maintain a vibrant
fellowship.

Our Beliefs
About God
We believe in God. He is, He was, and He always will be. He created the Heavens and the Earth and everything in them. He is known as Father, came as the Son and lives in Christians as the Holy Spirit. Getting to KNOW Him is absolutely incredible and essential.
About Jesus
Jesus, God the Son, came to Earth and was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died for our sins and rose from the dead. He’s still alive and changing lives today!
About The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is a comforter and a guide for every disciple of Jesus. He actually lives inside of us, His Temple, and enables us to live a life of power, love and self-discipline.
About The Bible
The Bible is the book God wrote for us. It’s true, it’s accurate, it’s authentic and it’s absolutely applicable to our lives today. Get it, read it, live it and allow your life to be transformed.
About The People
We’re not perfect. We’ve sinned — all of us. We need help. We need Him. We also need each other, and that’s what Church and fellowship is all about.
About Salvation
It’s a gift. It’s free. It’s God’s grace, not your good deeds. Jesus’ death allows your sins – all of them – to be forgiven. Wiped out, canceled, deleted, erased…you get the picture. The gift is free; all you have to do is claim it by responding (see below).
About Our Response
If we believe in Jesus and we want to receive the gift He’s offering, He calls us to repent (change our mind about who’s in charge of our life; turn away from our sins) and be baptized (dunked in water). When we make Him Lord, we enter into a new life and we get the opportunity to spend all of eternity with Him. Nothing is greater nor more important.
